About Us and our Wedding
Welcome to my attempt at a planning bio and website.
I created this as looking through bios was so helpful to me in my planning journey. Now that we're nearly at the wedding date, I hope to help out other Vegas Knotties in the same way - I have also put some pricing in my venues and reviews page, not so much to be tacky, but it was one of the concerns I had a budget-concious bride. I can be paged anytime on the Vegas board.
We have known each other for years, and went to the same junior high and high school, however we weren't friends but had several friends in common and I'm not ashamed to admit I had a pretty big crush on him. After a failed marriage (me) and a failed engagement (him) we were lucky enough to re-connect as adults. We have been together since July of 2007, in February 2010 he proposed and we will be married in Las Vegas in July of 2010. Neither of us wanted a long engagement and we both love Vegas, as evidenced by six trips there together during our relationship.
